AKC Rally

Rally is a sport in which the dog and handler complete a course that has been designed by the rally judge. The judge tells the handler to begin, and the dog and handler Heel through a course of designated stations (10 - 20, depending on the level). Each of these stations has a sign providing instructions regarding the next skill that is to be performed at or near that sign. Novice level rally is performed on-leash the Advanced & Excellant levels are performed off-leash. In AKC Rally you can compete for an RN, RA, RE & RAE Titles. Each of the first 3 titles require 3 qualifying legs to achevie the title and then you move up to the next level. The RAE Title requires you to qualify in 1 RA & 1 RE class each at the same trial on the same same day at 10 different trials, so 10 times.
